Joomla! 3.5.1, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available. This is a bug fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla. This release fixes a variety of bugs that have been reported since the release of Joomla 3.5.0.

This release fixes a Backwards Compatibility Break made in 3.6.2 with the article ordering. In addition there are a large number of minor improvements and bug fixes.

This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which addresses three critical security vulnerabilities and a bug fix for two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend that you update your sites immediately. This release only contains the security fixes and bug fix; no other changes have been made compared to the Joomla! 3.6.3 release.

This release only contains security and bug fixes; no other changes have been made compared to the Joomla! 3.7.0 release.

Joomla! 3.7.2, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available.

This is a bug fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla. This release fixes some bugs in file mime checks, module page filtering as well as some other bugs and several other minor improvements. This release only contains bug fixes that were inadvertently introduced in recent version and is focused on stabilising the 3.7 series by rectifying them

Joomla! 3.7.3, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available.

This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which includes security vulnerabilities and over 230 bug fixes and improvements. We strongly recommend that you update your sites immediately.

Joomla! 3.7.4, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available.

This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which includes two security vulnerability fixes and over 50 bug fixes and improvements. We strongly recommend that you update your sites immediately.

Joomla! 3.7.5, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available.

This is a bug fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla! which addresses a single bug that prevents new installations of Joomla! 3.7.4 with remote databases.

Joomla! 3.8.0, the latest releases of the 3.x release series is now available.

This new release features over 300 improvements to the popular CMS, with two primary major features aimed at developers: the new routing system and the beginning of a forward compatibility layer with Joomla! 4.0. Additionally, two security issues have been resolved.

Joomla 3.9.1 is now available.

This is a bug fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla including over 40 bug fixes and improvements.

Joomla 3.9.18 is now available.

This is a bug fix release for the 3.x series of Joomla which addresses one bug.

Support for Joomla 1.5 ended in April of 2012

Does that mean your 1.5 site will suddenly stop working? No, your site will continue to work as it always has. However, Joomla’s developers will not be releasing new versions for Joomla 1.5, so you won’t be getting bug fixes or security fixes. For this reason, it’s recommended to migrate from 1.5 as soon as possible,

During the pre release procedure, pre-release packages are posted to Joomlacode and made available to the Joomla Bug Squad for final testing. Typically, these packages are not visible to everyone. However, since there are no security issues included in this release, these pre-release packages were not hidden. This caused third party update services such as Akeeba Admin Tools to erroneously report that these releases were available and as such several hundred sites were updated before the packages were hidden on Monday morning.

In the time since then, additional bug fixes needed to be merged to the code base, causing a need for the release packages to be rebuilt. Unfortunately, there have been technical issues during this process, causing unexpected delays in testing and release of these packages.
