Daily encrypted backup service of a Joomla website to FTP storage for 12 months. Includes four hourly off site backup of the backups, backups are retained for 7 days.(50 gigabyte storage limit)

Includes;

• Up to 50 gigabytes of private FTP storage for site backups.
• Installation and configuration of Akeeba Backup Professional for Joomla! (Commercial License $55) on your website and a license code for updates during the 12 month period.
• Access to our secure private support helpdesk site where all changes are documented along with FTP access credentials and your encryption key for backup restoration.
• Use of our ticketing system where bugs can be reported, questions asked, and additional features can be requested. 

Once an order is placed for the first time and paid for we create you a user account on our secure private support helpdesk site where we will request information which you can provide securely, Your access credentials will be emailed to you as soon as your account is created.
