Joomla Website Migration

This support package includes transferring/migrating a Joomla website from one host to another and includes a full analysis of the hosting environment, site errors and the home page load speed both pre and post transfer.

Includes;

• Installation and configuration of Akeeba Backup Professional for Joomla! (Commercial License $55) if it's possible to use in your site to assist with migration.
• A backup copy of the transferred site on the new host to keep for reference.
• Access to our secure private support helpdesk site where access credentials are kept along with tasks and changes which are documented in detail.
• Use of our ticketing system where bugs can be reported, questions asked, and additional features can be requested. 

Not Included;

• This does not include Joomla, Joomla extension updates or PHP version changes, however we will endeavour to use the latest PHP version that your site will function with. The more up to date your extensions and Joomla versions are the more chance of it functioning on newer PHP versions.
• Migration of email and email accounts.
• DNS and/or name server changes.

Once an order is placed for the first time and paid for we create you a user account on our secure private support helpdesk site where we will request information which you can provide securely, Your access credentials will be emailed to you as soon as your account is created.

Please note that even though we produce and maintain Joomla websites in multiple languages for multiple clients worldwide our native language is English.
