This involved migrating Joomla from 1.5, along with EasyBlog, removing malware, restoring hacked Joomla source by previous developers, and moving the site to adequate and secure hosting

I highly recommend Andrew. He completely understands what you need, communicates very clearly and delivers what you expect. I had to upgrade Joomla!, upgrade our blogging platform, use a new template and back up and move over my site. There were all sorts of problems and challenges. Andrew knocked off each one, communicated consistently, even over the Holidays. He was also great about "teaching me how to fish".. meaning, he's great at educating. He also documents everything he does so you can refer back to it. I can't imagine having to go through what I did with a non-English speaker especially with the complexity involved. Don't just take your hosting providers word for it, more often than not they back up your entire hosting account and not individual websites and store them in a proprietary system to lock you in to renewals etc.
