Implement subscription based membership on our Joomla website
This project involved adding a membership system to provide structure and access rules to a Joomla website with over four thousand existing members and included the following;
- Defining member access rules
- Producing a specification
- Creating an implementation plan
- Creating a test site
- Installation and configuration of Community Builder
- Installation and configuration of CB Subs
- Integration of Jdownloads and access restrictions
- Implementation of member registration, subscriptions, workflows, and controlled access to content based on each members subscription
- Migration of existing users including populating additional user fields
- Implementation of member lists and front end moderation for administrators
- Debugging, testing and additional modifications
- Applying all changes to the live site
- Integrating the site into our support and maintenance system
